I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), LEAD STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer as well as an Active Release Techniques Full Body Provider. I am currently working on my Masters/Ph.D. at the University of Texas-Austin in Neuromuscular Physiology with an emphasis on Back Pain Research. Currently I am a Research Assistant as well. My current projects include examining low back pain among both construction and office workers and incorporating effective movement strategies for them to perform their jobs more efficiently. In addition my career goals are to incorporate evidence-based research into clinical practice. Furthermore, I am a certified USA Triathlon certified coach. I focus on "power-based" data driven training programs.
