Directly assist in high level discussions with FHLMC and FNMA to discuss alternative resolution strategies for misrepresented and unresolved cases. Design, build and directly maintain tracking databases for servicing repurchase demands. Compile and prepare monthly repurchase tracking reports for upper management, containing trending, aging and portfolio risk elements. Directly responsible for reporting and analytics for the Mortgage Insurance rescission group which encompasses assigning files to analysts and quarterly credit agency reporting
