I-Scan Ltd is the first company in the UK to be certified to PAS 2038 - the retrofitting of non-domestic properties, as well as being an early adopter of PAS 2035 for retrofitting domestic properties. We use state of the art LiDAR and BIM modelling along with a team of qualified Retrofit professionals to provide full end-to-end Retrofit Design and PAS 2035 & PAS 2038 compliance services. We create a “digital twin” of each property and use bespoke software elements to energy model every aspect of a property in great detail, whether it is a one bedroom flat or 20,000ft2 industrial complex. The outputs include full construction drawings for each property and we can integrate fire safety and "Golden Thread” data. We can also integrate with existing asset management platforms to help strategise planned & responsive maintenance. Full RIBA services can be specified.
