Growth research focused on supporting livelihoods in the rural and urban areas by boosting formal employment in tradable industries. Deforestation researched included land markets, economic incentives, territorial control, and the political economy of local infrastructure projects. Worked in coordination with local stakeholders and presented findings to the Office of the Presidency in Bogotá.• Led research efforts to uncover constraints to job creation in Wyoming export industries and worked hand-in-hand with counterparts to implement on-the-ground change. • DEV-309: Development Policy Strategy trains second-year master’s students to understand growth processes, discern constraints to growth, and design targeted policy solutions within the Growth Diagnostics framework.
