As a member of the Senior Leadership Team I had direct responsibility for the Sales Organization based in our corporate headquarters. By working closely with the Field Sales Organization and Branch Operations Team this group focused on maintaining and growing existing customer relationships as well as prospecting and developing new relationships.Primary duties included leading a group of Sales Managers to drive profitable growth in the business while also continuing to develop strong leaders within the organization. I participated in many cross functional projects to streamline processes and was involved in many stages of multiple acquisitions from due diligence through integrations.

-Directed a sales and customer service organization responsible for Conney Safety’s key customer relationships consisting of; two Sales Managers, twenty Sales Representatives, over 2,300 customers, and over $64 Million in annual revenue-Provided team with tools for forecasting existing business and prioritization of new opportunity to assist in achieving targeted sales goals-Lead Sales Managers and Representatives in negotiation of new contracts and contract renewals -Worked with senior leaders of all other departments to manage the businesses KPI’s on a daily basis-Management of department budget

Managed a team of National and Strategic Account Managers who are responsible for Conney Safety's largest accounts and contracts with annual revenues exceeding $35 Million. Worked with Account Managers to develop business strategies for new accounts and contract renewals, regularly scheduled business reviews, and continued to provide our employees with the tools needed to effectively maintain and grow sales.Directly involved with the integration of key accounts during Conney Safety's integration of Elvin Safety in 2010 and again with Mettam Safety in 2011.

Maintained and grew sales in a group of accounts with combined revenues ranging from $1 million to $7 million by proactively working with the safety and supply chain contacts at companies purchasing safety supplies from Conney Safety Products.

Served as an assistant store manager and then store manager at a combination of three stores.-management of employees - hiring, training, and scheduling-management of inventory - planning, purchasing, and maintaining inventory levels, in store displays -responsible for stores sales results-responsible for in store marketing.
