He wasn't just interested in making sure the game shipped on time, he was also interested in making sure the game presented well. He understands the tools of his trade quite well, and was our expert at production tools. He could give you about 20 different ways to look at all of the data pouring in from production and QA. It was great being able to talk to him about visualizing data. I'll miss that! He also has the extraordinary knack to understand other disciplines. As Programming Lead, he was the one Production person that I trusted to truly be able to interact with my programmers. I will miss him deeply here at TRI, and would love to work with him again. Near the end of the project, as content poured in from all of the external partners, Tim managed the cinematics mastering process and helped facilitate the localization team with the build masters in our studio. It was pretty daunting work, considering our studio had never shipped a title with as many languages or cinematic content as this one, and yet Tim helped get the job done in record time - all while continuing to manage the task and bug workflow of everyone on the team.
