I began this career in Tucson, Arizona 35 years ago. Since then, I've stayed passionate about learning, training, setting goals. I've enjoy working on personal and professional improvement goals like "finding the best ways to develop skills for success" and "how to enjoy a long career, while evolving”. Along this journey, I have served in several positions from DJ, on-air , promotions, radio/TV account manager, sales manager, event developer, emcee and business owner, all the while...staying honest, energetic and focused on being of service and personal growth. Just being the best I can at each level. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to have helped several businesses achieve their goals in which has allowed for a long and satisfying career. With this level of performance, I have received several professional and personal awards such as the 2012 CMG "President's Circle" award for excellence, Virginia Association of Broadcasters "Best of the Best" in 2013, the 2016 CCLL manager of the year and named "One of the Most Influential People" in outdoor retail marketing in 2017 and the SummitMedia Presidents Award in 2022 and 2023. Over the years I have worked with many amazing people, companies and business leaders and with this experience it has taught me to never give up, make a plan, work hard at it, set new goals and develop solid relationships. My mantra: be of service, innovate, create, embrace new ideas and old ideas. Always be honest, work with and mediate opposing viewpoints. I understand what it takes to be both a team leader and a team player. I was proud to have served on the Virginia USO Board of Directors and the USO Advisory Board to help build out massive events including the Patriotic Festival, Military Concert Series and to help develop the USO centers at Ft Lee and RIC Airport in Richmond Virginia in 2011.Owner: Interstate Airport Shuttle 1996 -1999Owner: Gabbard Marketing 2010- What is my favorite position?
