I am a Head of Supply chain, Logistics and Operations management with extensive experience having worked for the World’s largest transportation company, one of Europe’s largest paint manufacturers, a Home and General Merchandise UK Retailing Giant, Europe's largest Garden Centre Group (of its day) and the Global leader in Air conditioning pumps and related parts and accessories.I have consistently managed growth and change on a large scale, working in fast paced, high density, just in time environments within blue chip companies overseeing and managing day to day operations whilst Strategically planning and delivering projects and future enhancements in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.My experience includes the management of large Distribution Centres, Sourcing - Opening and Closing Distribution centres, Key account management, Continuous improvement, Project management, 3PL management and End to End Supply chain and Logistics activities including 3PL tenders and contracting.With my skill set I consider myself an individual who can take ownership, lead, organise, influence, motivate, maximise performance, build relationships, communicate on all levels, recognise achievement and develop others .. but perhaps most importantly manage growth and change.
