As Vice President of Operations Management, I coordinate overall site operation including capacity planning, budget/unit cost analysis, risk compliance and vendor management. I monitor site quality and unit cost metrics and implement staff performance feedback and development programsI have also served as project lead and subject matter expert of technical and operation requirements on multiple projects including virtual remittance, remote teller, and client onboarding and I manage Platform Upgrades/ Retirement, Site Relocation, Site Consolidations and Site Closure.During my time at Chase, I am proud to have cultivated a strong relationship between our business units and clients by acting as liaison.

In this role, I directly supervised the Springfield Illinois Government, Wholesale and Retail Lockbox, BMA, Positive Pay and Balance Reporting areas. I successfully analyzed competing priorities and placed available resources to ensure maximum throughput and quality outcomes, communicating directly with customer to resolve concerns and procedural conflicts and convey implemented action plans.I led employees and co-workers around a unified agenda within a high pressure environment under strict deadlines and even performed programming on our lockbox platform for client implementations and testing.

While at Marine Bank (later merged with J.P Morgan Chase), I provided client service to the MERET ACH origination book of business. At the time, we were the nation's 2nd largest ACH originator. My duties included researching root causes and determining action plans to mitigate reoccurrence of ACH returns for clients.
