AW&S provides flexible workspace solutions and supporting hospitality within each of Allied London’s primary assets. With 2 operations currently, 2019 will see it expand to a further 3 sites.Recent projects include the development of Manchester's first 'work life' dedicated building as well as expansion into both the Leeds and London markets with acquisition targets totalling 130,000sqft by qtr 4.Asset Director for the redevelopment of Leeds Dock, a 1.2M sqft mixed use development located within the Southbank area of Leeds.Responsible for the overall direction and implementation of all asset management activity including acquisitions and disposals, lettings and all development initiatives. Highlights included securing the HQ for Sky’s digital division, and recently securing the HQ relocation requirement for Intermarketing, one of the UK's leading full service creative agencies. More diverse responsibilities have included acting on behalf of Allied London in the filming of BBC2’s ‘Million Pound Menu’ television series where I was featured as a proposed investor, and securing Tech Nation in a first of it's kind partnership agreement whereby the government backed organisation exclusively delivers its services and activity for Manchester in partnership with the Allied London estate.

Responsibilities included undertaking all due diligence and development appraisals; advice on design and layout, tenant pre let negotiations, securing council support, and managing the legal process.

Responsible for the disposal and acquisition of RBS Group properties throughout the UK.Project leader for the disposal of the Liberty portfolio of leasehold liabilities – In excess of £3.5 Million of savings within the April 2010 / April 2011 period.Solely responsible for the 2011 RBS retail branch disposal program for the Midlands, Central England and Wales region- 13 freehold properties transacted during 12 month period.Worked within the IAS 37 project team responsible for calculating the RBS group’s real estate liabilities for accounting purposes. Solely responsible for those liabilities within the Liberty portfolio consisting of in excess of 120 properties.The team delivered £5.8 Million of savings/profit to the client in 2011.
