In my role as COO for Citizens Global Markets, I maintain accountability for P&L and continue to achieve growth year over year. I partner with the Head of Global Markets and Sales & Trading teams on strategic and tactical matters in support of foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives, and commodities. During my 10 years in this position, I was tasked with the critical role of Market Manager and Currency Risk Management Specialist in charge of a wide variety of portfolios. I provided guidance to the executive and financial leadership of client companies with respect to global treasury management and foreign exchange advisory services. I also directed the efforts of a team of professionals throughout a national territory. And I facilitated training of internal customers to build competencies in revenue generation and client portfolio management. While serving as VP in Global Treasury Solutions, my focus was on sales of cash management solutions. This required me to partner with key corporate executives of client companies to gather awareness of specific needs and recommend appropriate services to meet those needs. I organized workshops for internal customers to promote awareness of the products and services offered in the cash management field. I collaborated with the acquisition team to spearhead the integration of cash management clients following the acquisition of multiple banks. Some of my contributions in this role include:• Increased revenue through agreements with commercial clients.• Maintained accountability of a portfolio of over $500M in deposits, generating $5.5M in cash management fee revenue annually.• Presented with the Citizens World Class Performer Award on three separate occasions.

During my first position with Citizens, as Operations Manager and Officer, I was responsible for managing more than 30 national client accounts whose credit commitments totaled $1B. I managed an Operations Team along with overseeing compliance of risk management guidelines throughout four remote offices. I also delivered reports and analysis detailing portfolio activity to executive management.I was recognized during this time by the Vice-Chairman with a personal letter of appreciation.
