Rivian Maintenance Facility (Denver, CO) – $2.4M 45,000 sqft TI, February 2021 – October 2021 o Managed and bought out pertinent subcontractors for extremely compressed schedule with lead times that were quoted as longer than full construction schedule o Worked with customer and landlord to provide alternative designs and materials to deliver facility on schedule o Worked with engineers and subcontractors to modify design to accommodate customer’s needs after original design was deemed unfit for the schedule dictated by landlordYork Street Yards (Denver, CO) – $11.4M 135,000 sqft Flex Space TI, November 2020 – October 2021 o Researched various methods for providing temporary and permanent utilities to an existing building that would be split in half to create two stand-alone facilities o Managed coordination with local utilities and Denver Fire Department to efficiently schedule construction while keeping existing building and “new” building operational throughout construction o Adapted schedule as needed to save time on construction when unforeseen circumstances were discovered while demolishing 85 year old interiors

Lone Rock Retreat (Bailey, CO) – $4.5M Utility Project for Teacher’s Retreat, March 2020 – January 2021 o Acted as project manager, superintendent, and project engineer for force main, lift station, and well/water treatment facility o Force Main consisted of (2) pipes extending 9,300’ with 15 underground maintenance facilities/cleanouts through mountainous and rocky terrain. Pipes were required to be directionally drilled through rock at a minimum depth of 8’ connecting with precise locations of clean outs and cross connection vaults o Lift Station was designed to serve as a catch basin for all sewage developed by the compound as well as utilize the force main to dispose of sewage into existing treatment facility 2 miles away in a separate community. Assisted engineers in redesign of pumping equipment due to 16 week lead times of pumps o Water Purification/Treatment Center utilized existing wells to pump ground water up 400’ in elevation to 125,000 gallon tank connected to a purification system. Spent excessive time reviewing drawings and design while finding flaws that required modification of facility due to fire safety concerns of compound.

In my second year of graduate school I was brought on as a research Assistant for Dr. Panos Kiousis on a driven pile slope-stability project for Colorado Department of Transportation. For this study, I investigated the feasibility of using pile driven HP sections for slope reinforcements by recreating soil conditions using LS-Dyna and parametrically changing design to find most effective solution to reinforce the mountain road surface.

o Designed and modeled foundations for preliminary designs for Louisville Gas and Electric power plant. o Assisted in the structural steel design as well as the design of steel connections for coal fired power plants. o Helped develop the design basis for the loading criteria on various structures including seismic, wind, and ice loading.

o Led extensive research on solutions for surface gas pressure in Denver-Julesburg Basin and helped customers move towards resolution of problems. Used implementation of new cement blends and spacer systems that allow for the best possible product for customer's wells including horizontal, liner, deviated, and remedial wells in line with Halliburton's Best Practices.o Presented and developed training seminars for customers to introduce new design technology to optimize cement job designs. Determined pricing of products so customers could receive cost-effective as well as technologically advanced cement, spacer, and centralizer designs for development of AFE's.o Created work methods for Halliburton cementing to normalize operations and minimize COPQ. Managed cement lab tests and scheduling of lab technicians to most effectively manage time while still ensuring service quality and establishing Halliburton as a solutions provider in the Denver- Julesburg and Raton Basins.o Researched and developed new technology through substantial lab and field testing thus creating extremely lightweight (6 lb/gal) cement to reduce failure of primary cement and eliminate costs of remedial work in low fracture gradient areas. o Designed centralizer programs to optimize standoff while minimizing drag of running casing and attained knowledge of casing pipe tally, burst pressure, tensile strength, and threading. Gained expertise of mud and interaction versus compatibility of mud with spacers and cements.

o Participated in the engineering design and development of MBTA Stations and helped manage the budget.o Assisted with the structural design of the facilities, created STAAD files for structural design, checked structural design and calculations, checked and measured distances on drawings, and plotted distances between platforms and changeovers in tunnels.
