About Tim Gilmer
I'm an experienced writer, editor, and freelance screenwriter, currently seeking a manager or agent to promote and market my screenplays. In 1994 I was chosen as an Oregon Literary Arts fellow in literary nonfiction. During my tenure as editor of New Mobility magazine from 2000 to 2018, the magazine was awarded Best Lifestyle Coverage (2006) in Utne Reader's annual independent press awards. I retired from my editor position in 2018 to devote more time to screenwriting and freelance writing. In August of 2019 I was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from New Mobility magazine.
