I proactively engage with potential clients to foster growth and secure new business opportunities.Beyond client interaction, my operational purview encompasses the intricacies of dealing with insurance documents, ensuring regulatory compliance. A significant facet of my role is the oversight and management of an on-site treatment team and subcontractors spread across the country. Employing innovative automation systems to optimise scheduling processes, enhancing efficiency and ensuring that project timelines are met consistently.I actively collaborate with a dedicated marketing company. Our collaborative efforts focus on enhancing website engagement, ensuring that our digital platforms effectively reflect the values and offerings of our organisation. My role as Operations Manager encapsulates a diverse range of responsibilities, from initial client engagement to overseeing operational logistics and strategic business expansion.
