Having over a decade of experience as a journalist combined with my recent role as a Communications Advisor at Autism New Zealand means I have great storytelling and organisational skills, but also the ability to communicate ideas and messages to a wide audience. I am adept in writing for, editing and maintaining online news content in a way that engages and serves an audience appropriately. I am well-versed in using social media to promote an organisation and uphold the values of that organisation. I understand the risks and protocols of making sure all of these digital channels are used appropriately and safely. In my experience as a digital editor I have also managed various other digital outputs such as video content.
