I managed this 18 year old, 89 room/suite boardwalk property (in dire need of a renovation) from a supervisory and administration standpoint. Implemented sales and marketing strategies and staff training resulting in an increase in business, a strong repeat customer base and an ever improving Trip Advisor score. I was involved with and followed the Ownership’s approved budget to ensure expectations and projections were met if not exceeded. Completed all reports for ownership and the corporate office summarizing daily operations, forecasts and projections. In the 5.5 years employed, the hotel saw an increase in revenues, occupancies, ADR and GOP consistently year after year, to reach its highest levels since the hotels inception. Revenues increased by $600,000, occupancy levels rose by 7%, ADR by $11.00 and GOP by $38,000. Trip Advisor scores dropped from #54 to #14 and was at #13 at one point during my tenure.
