I am a partner in Hogan Lovells UK corporate and regulatory insurance practice, starting in the team on qualification in 1996 and becoming a partner in 2003.Our team covers all types of work across the insurance industry and my areas of focus are insurance business transfers, M&A, insurance regulatory advice, Solvency II and group reorganisations.
