Oversees all aspects of unit operations (i.e., finance, legal, marketing, human resources, real estate, and construction, new unit openings) for 5 or more units to ensure that Chilgo and Chili’s standards are maintained.• Oversees all aspects of the area’s restaurant business, operations, and facilities ensuring Chili’s standards of quality and service are maintained. • Coaches, counsels and develops unit management in building sales and controlling costs. • Manages business in a manner consistent with Chili's standards and procedures while building sales, customer counts, market share and optimizing profits.• Determines current and future manpower and succession planning of restaurant managers within area.• Oversees management training programs to ensure an adequate number of managers are available internally to sustain growth of organization.• Ensures that units are in compliance with all local, regional, and national laws and have all the required documentation and paperwork.• With the assistance of the General Manager, develops and monitors budgets for units. • Ensures unit’s successful implementation of all marketing strategies. Supports and inspects marketing strategies in building guest counts and sales.• Responds to guest and employee needs in a professional, prompt manner, finding a balance solution to each.• Responds to guest services compliment/complaint calls for units in region. Ensures unit management responds to compliment/complaint calls.• Organizes, coordinates and conducts regional General Manager meetings dealing with sales, profits, employee management and management development.• Facilitates/assists in capital planning for new equipment and/or remodeling.• Conducts periodic reviews of inside and outside units to ensure that they are clean, well stocked with supplies, and are in good repair.• Structure vision and leadership goals for the franchise
