As the Director of Innovation and Technology at Global Talk, I played a pivotal role in spearheading the development of an advanced interpreter management system. This system was designed to streamline both remote and on-site interpreting processes, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Voxxer, a spin-off of TVcN, leveraged exceptional technology to revolutionize the process of booking interpreters with diverse skill sets. Building upon the success of the TVcN platform, Voxxer offered the underlying cutting-edge technology as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to interpreting companies. As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Voxxer, I was instrumental in leading the development of a fully automated end-to-end interpreter matching system as a Saas solution. This system was designed to handle over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, and on-site services, specializing in rapid matching, automated billing, pricing customization, and interpreter control.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Building a SaaS ready platform: Focused on optimizing Voxxer's system for Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment, utilizing TVcN's foundational technology. Led efforts to adapt the existing system into a SaaS solution, ensuring its usability, scalability, and compatibility with diverse client needs. My role focused on refining the user interface, functionality, and overall user experience for a SaaS environment. System Implementation at Customer Sites: Led the implementation of Voxxer's system at various customer sites, ensuring smooth integration and optimal functionality. Collaborated with customer teams to understand their requirements, customize the system, and provide training and support for successful adoption.Technical Representation in Sales: Played a key role as part of the sales team, serving as a technical representative for Voxxer's technology. As Development Manager at RTL XL, I lead the development of second screen applications that seamlessly connect television programming with interactive digital experiences. Through the RTL XL app, users were able to actively engage with their favorite programs, from voting on idols to participating in quizzes and live talk shows.𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Second Screen Applications Development: Spearheaded the development and deployment of innovative second screen applications for RTL XL, enhancing the platform's interactivity and engagement.
