I’m passionate about delivering heritage-led regeneration, co-design and retrofit projects. I've learnt to lead, to inspire and to earn the trust of the talent people around me. I'm constantly looking for ways to innovate and to disseminate through research and lecturing.The projects I have personal led have received 6 national and international awards (RIBA, Civic Trust & Europa Nostra) and over 20 regional awards (RIBA, Civic Trust, Brick, Georgian Group etc.). They are all about saving the best of the past and adaption to survive and thrive in the future.I'm proud to be the RIBA West Midlands 'Project Architect of the Year' and am thrilled my client is RIBA West Midlands 'Client of the Year'. Together we are shortlisted for the RIBA National Reinvention Award, which is perhaps the highest accolade for creative reuse projects in the UK.
