Reliance Security Services Limited - Managing Director - February 2001 - January 2002After a headhunting process of nine months, led by the CEO, joined the £140m Security Services business with extensive blue-chip client base as Managing Director, to lead and develop operations and business development:• Delivered £16m of new business• Developed and implemented business retention strategies• Introduced business process improvements throughout the UK, based upon manufacturing practices.
