Northeast Heath Wangaratta (NHW) is a busy specialist referral health service, providing care to 90,000 in the Rural City of Wangaratta and the communities within northeast Victoria. NHW employees over 1400 staff, over 60 Junior Medical Officers, has over 50 Visiting Medical Officers and over 350 volunteers. As the Chief Executive Officer, I am responsible to the Board for the efficient and effective leadership and management of Northeast Health Wangaratta. Northeast Health Wangaratta is a busy sub-regional integrated health service of 228 beds and is the major referral facility for the greater part of North East Victoria The organisation provides a wide range of acute specialist medical and surgical services including obstetrics, emergency, critical care and diagnostics. There is also a broad range of aged care, sub-acute and community health services and NHW auspices a number of other regional services in post acute care, palliative care and infection control. The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides strong support to the CEO and leadership within the Executive by initiating and managing the implementation of key financial strategies and the delivery of significant organisation wide projects. The roles is responsible for and leads the management of effective and efficient: Medicial Imaging, Illoura Residential Age Care Facility, Finance, Administration, HR, ICT, Supply, Food Services, Environment, Health Information Management, Creative and Volunteer services, Facilities and Engineering services to maximise the benefits for clinical service delivery. The oversight and achievement of Statement Of Priorities activity and financial targets are integral to the success of this role. Also assume the role of Chief Procurement Officer.

Bionics Institute, is a not-for-profit bio-medical-engineering institute undertaking medical bionics research and development to produce device heath solutions, including the bionic ear, prototype bionic eye and neural prostheses devices.Provide leadership through the delivery of operational support services and governance to support the organisation in achieving its Vision and Strategic Objectives. Lead and manages a multi-disciplinary support team which includes: Financial, Risk, Legal, HR, Facilities, Fundraising & Public Relations, Research Administration, IT, Governance and Strategic Planning. Attend Board meetings and Board Sub-Committees providing executive level input and corporate company secretary support.

Vision Australia (a merger of RVIB, Vision Australia Foundation and Royal Blind Society), a not-for-profit organization providing services (community, residential, children, education, library, and employment services) to the 33,000 blind and vision impaired clients throughout Australia.I was seconded to the project management team, as the RVIB representative working towards the merger of the three agencies. Undertook due feasibility study, due diligence process and jointly developed the key decision making documents that resulted in the three organizations agreeing to merge to form Vision Australia. Developed a back office Integration plan and a recommended Implementation strategy (Strategy to consolidate all corporate services of the merged entities).

RVIB, a not-for-profit organization providing services (community, residential, children, education, library, and employment services) to the blind and vision impaired clients throughout Victoria. My role was overall leadership and management of the Corporate Services functions, inclusive of: finance, administration, IT, purchasing, public relations marketing, QMS, government relations, contract negotiations, fleet management, and properties management, including company secretary role.

Stem, is a leader in the design, manufacture and supply of commercial office furniture. Stem distributes and services its products throughout Australia and New Zealand. I undertaook a joint role, including full Chief Financial Officer responsiblity and international business development (estbalishment of export business, establishment of inetrnational distributors and full supply chain responsibility).
