As Director of Legal Forwarding and a member of the Management Team at BARR Credit Services, I am the liaison between our clients and our legal counsel partners. Our Legal Department facilitates the entire process when claims necessitate legal action, and takes steps to ensure that our client's best interests are always being represented. I have led our department for over 10 years, vetting both the legal firms we have relationships with and the procedures we use in order to bring about claim resolution as quickly as possible.
