Current-Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and plant buildings-Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests-Assists with developing annual goals and objectives for direct reports-Maintains working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner-Directly supervises 10-20 employees in the Plant Engineering Department, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and values-Programs PLCs to integrate machines with external equipment
