I coach professionals how to communicate with confidence in difficult, high pressure situations. I offer bespoke workshops on how to get information out of people, resilience to pressure, interpersonal skills, public speaking and voice control.I loved working as an actor and then as a Scotland Yard Detective. I’ve had many once-in-a-lifetime experiences. In the City of London, I used my theatre training to bring gravitas to the role of Master of Ceremonies, presenting and facilitating events in venues such as the Guildhall but also on Zoom.Then came a transformative period in the Metropolitan Police. The ultimate test in project management, analysis, organisation, and delivering my innate skills for reading situations and people. Now, I use my skills to provide my expertise to help organisations get the best out of their employees.I take the learnings I have gained and apply them in training environments to create lasting and professional impacts.
