I have recently been promoted to Contracts Manager, and am currently over seeing the 4 New build developments in Pontypool, Cwmbran, Kenfig Hill & Briton ferry. I am new to D&B so I'm really enjoy learning new skills and expanding my knowledge.

Oversaw a 5 year Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment framework for NPT homes. Planning and programming the works. Completing a least 60 properties a month. I am responsible for approx.35-45 tradesmen direct, sub-contractors and agency labor.I have recently completed a refurbishment project of a sheltered housing complex for Tai Tarian, for which we received very good feedback from the client. I have currently got another 3 sheltered housing complexes in progress. In addition to this. I've got a small Kitchen & Bathroom contract starting this month which should last approx 8-9 months. This is also for Tai Tarian. These contracts equate to circa £4.5M.

Made some life long friends and this experience has set me up for the rest of my life and given me the discipline to succeed and a set of standards to live my life by. I tested the skills I had learnt completing one of the hardest infantry training courses in the world. I am definitely a better man for having served my country.
