Tim Hagan aka DJ Jonah is an award-winning DJ, music producer, composer, radio / media producer, mentor and workshop facilitator. Tim performs as a solo DJ (DJ Jonah) or with percussion &/or sax: BASSTRAPS or live hip hop sets with Prodikal-1DJ Jonah is a music genre specialist and can adapt a live set to suits the gig or event. He can easily put together a killer set of Hip Hop, Reggae, House, Disco, Soul / Funk, EDM, Pop, Groove or World Beats. DJ Jonah can scratch and beatmix and performs on Technics 1200 turntables or with a Serato controller. DJ Jonah has performed many gigs and festivals during his career, highlights include: The Big Day Out, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Taiwan Festival of the Drum, Auckland Pasifika Festival, Womadelaide, Manly Cole Classic, Peats Ridge Festival, Woodford Folk Festival, Dreaming Festival, Sydney Festival, Adelaide Festival, Port Augusta Desert Fringe Festival, Four Winds Festival and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Tim has worked as a music mentor and collaborator in various communities around Australia. Facilitating workshops in Wadeye, Woolloomooloo, Mount Druitt, Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Glebe, Woorabinda, Adelaide and Bermagui. These workshops have included training young people in music production, DJing, songwriting and artist development.
