Tim has wide work load of non-contentious construction law as part of Birketts' large and expanding Construction Department. Tim advised on construction and engineering disputes and advised on all forms of contract and consultants' appointments. Tim drafted a wide range of construction documents and the financial documents associated with large infrastructure projects, such as wind farms, together with road and rail projects

Negotiating, advising on and drafting construction contracts and ancillary documents for the group of companies, including NEC, JCT and FIDIC. Having the conduct of arbitrations, adjudications and litigation for the group and liaising with the group board in this regard. I also advise on other legal matters that are referred to me, such as general commercial queries and insolvency matters
