While at Dometic Inc. the US subsidiary of Dometic Group AB the Swedish publicly listed company on the Nasdaq in Stockholm I was responsible for $370M P&L and over 200 cross functional associates in sales, program management, engineering, customer service, product management and operations.*Presented my 3 divisions in quarterly reviews with CEO and BoD in Sweden.*Responsible for two OEM and one Afermarket division*In CPV grew OE sales from $18.4M in 2018 to $45M in 2022 (22.9% CAGR) with breakeven EBIT in 2018 to 17% EBIT in 2021*Grew AM business from $2.4M in 2018 to $25M in 2021 (59.8% CAGR) with taking EBIT from 5% to 16.9% in 2021 through new product innovation and launch along with strategic focus on key AM customers and partners to leverage existing Dometic global products into the AM channel*Managed direct and matrix global team throughout North America, Germany, Sweden and China.

MITEC Automotive Inc. is a subsidiary of MITEC Automotive AG a manufacturer of precision gears, balance shaft systems and oil pumps with group sales of €275M (~$330M) in 2016.P&L Responsible for $98M business with all functions reporting to me including all sales, operations, purchasing, finance and human resources activities for MITEC in North America.Over the 8 years at MITEC started as employee #1 in USA and created Greenfield operation ultimately with more than $100M in sales and another $50M in booked additional business with more than 200 people in my organization.• Report to CEO and Board of Directors located in Germany with 7 direct reports and 143 total associates• Global Lead for GM account with $1.04B in total program sales interfacing with Director/Executive Director levels.• Booked $210M in additional program sales for export to Shanghai China from Findlay Ohio.• Booked $242M in next generation follow on program business• Booked first business with Honda for MITEC group with associated growth plan.

Responsible for all activities of MITEC in North America. First employee in NAFTA and lead company from site selection to SOP in 13 months.

Responsible for new business development and APQP activities for client companies with focus in castings (Al / iron), machining, assembly, PM, stamping as well as others in areas of powertrain and chassis at OEM and Tier 1/2 levels.
