Part of the client services team for Facebook advertising management software now known as Social.com, part of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Duties included support and trainings on the software for new and existing clients. A large part of responsibilities were to convert prospective client on trial into long term partnerships. In May 2013 I was given 5 accounts with a view to moving into a newly created Account Manager position. I grew these accounts an average of 328% in monthly spend.

Interned at Brighter Option, a start up company and Facebook PMD that created SAM (Social Ads Manager). Shortly before I started my internship, the company was acquired by Buddy Media, which was subsequently acquired by Salesforce. Two months into the three month internship, I was offered a full time position. Duties included fielding support questions, training global clients face to face and over webinar.

Covent Garden Apple Store

Responsible for sales in every area of the store from computer solutions to IOS devices as well as providing troubleshooting assistance for all Apple products. Also lead sourced for business clients to be followed up by the business team. After three months, trained to give weekly workshops on software and products to groups of varying size.

Office work arranging training courses for council staff and councillors. Duties were typical of administration. Left to return to university after summer.

Worked in an office environment making new business sales calls (40 – 120 a day) before being asked to take on an administrative role as well. Duties included typical office administration, candidate registration, candidate resourcing, answering emails and telephones and arranging meetings. Left for university.
