As a Quarry manager appointed under Section 8.1.c (Quarry Regulations) I am proficient in the: Effective use of plant and manpower under my control, delivering production and targets within a set time scale to local and regional management, liaising with trading and distribution to prevent shortages and deliver goods on time, ensuring effective application and compliance of company H&S and Environmental policies in compliance with legal duties and current legislation, ensuring all staff training and competence is up to date, ensuring Quality assurance of all products. Developing profit plans and capital expenditure justifications, assess and forecast operational /production costs and contributing to the area strategic plan. Managing site and supervisory reports, through clear objectives performance measures and regular reviews, actively promote a proactive approach to the identification of improvement opportunities and achievement of low carbon targets. Developing and restoring operational sites to the highest environmental standards and promote bio diversity and a lasting legacy for the local area.When I am not at work I relax by Mounting biking, Fishing and following Northampton Saints ,Northampton Town FC.
