Tim Haskell has been providing valuation services to the Northwest since 1990. Tim operated a full function appraisal office exclusively until 2010 when he accepted a position with Marion County to supervise the Rural Appraisal Section through the end of 2015. Rural Section duties required extensive knowledge of special assessment statutes and administrative rules. Haskell Valuation provides a wide range of appraisal and consulting services. Areas of expertise include: all elements of property valuation, principles and practices of effective management and supervision, organizational communication, knowledge of assessor office practices, methods for gaining and maintaining compliance with special assessment requirements and critical knowledge about tax implications of property development.
