• Collaborate with new sales and client management staff in medical, pharmacy, dental and vision lines of business to present customers with product demonstrations, and consultative input on implementing new programs.
• Help develop, support and implement annual marketing communications plans.
• Introduce and consult on products and services ranging from back-end system administration and policy to consumer engagement tools.
• Routinely consult with leadership to guide decision-making in member facing product communications.
• Partner with sales team to incorporate contemporary techniques and styles into all presentations.
• Champion simplification and the voice of the customer and usability in planning/discussions.

• Conduct pre and post-sale employer group meetings (including PowerPoint presentations, Webinars, Benefit Fairs and Informal Q&A Sessions) for medical, pharmacy, dental and vision.
• Responsible for increasing employee participation, membership and knowledge in Highmark Consumer Products.
• Support the sales area by promoting specific products to existing and prospective group accounts and providing meeting outcomes to all stakeholders to improve strategic business relationships.
