• Responsible for the development and implementation of FCA’s network development strategy to ensure the franchise development of Fiat, Alfa, Chrysler Jeep, Fiat Professional and Abarth Brands was consistent with the long term strategic growth plans of the organisation.• To define strategic plans for the FCA dealer network as determined by geo-marketing studies, competitor benchmark analysis and dealer performance variations.• The development of business plans and proposals for all open point closures, changes of ownership, relocations, buy-outs and terminations in line with the Network Plan.• Responsible for recruiting and appointing over 250 new dealers to improve the capability, coverage and quality of all FCA Brands in the UK, achieving a positive trend in FCA volume to 100,00 units, improving market share to 3.2% and network profitability to 1.2% ROS.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of Iveco’s network development strategy to ensure that the franchise development of the Light, Medium and Heavy Business Units within the UK was in line with the long terms strategic goals of the organisation. The role included developing, terminating and recruiting dealers to improve dealer capability, coverage, quality and financial stability in support of the commercial objectives of the organisation.
