Currently, I am proud to be working with Verus Recruitment Partners, where I focus on developing productive relationships with clients and professionals in the engineering, commercial, and IT sectors. Before this, I ran DeliverAll, a logistics company operating across the UK. Starting from just an idea, we grew to secure amazing contracts such as The Sofa Delivery Company and became a top supplier for AnyVan, the biggest removals operator in the UK. In my 360 role, I implemented various strategies, working in all corners of the business and learning valuable lessons along the way. Prior to this, I worked at MAS Staffing, focusing on recruitment and training. I collaborated closely with our largest customer, Green Group, managing their Manchester operations and ensuring efficient supply. I also provided training, adding a dynamic aspect to my role and making it a truly enjoyable experience where I met some great people. Before that, I spent time at Leger Holidays in operations, planning, organizing, and live-handling travel across the UK and Europe. This was a fantastic team experience and a significant learning opportunity. My early career began in retail at Currys, where I worked from the age of 16 while studying, eventually transitioning to full-time until I moved to Leger Holidays. This role provided a great introduction to my working life and allowed me to form lifelong friendships.
