Responsible for the account management of 11 state and national key account on and off premise groups. These include Duncan's, Australian Leisure & Hospitality (ALH), Crown Casino, Open Door Pub Co., Red Rock Leisure Group and National Hospitality Management.Dealing directly with the National Business Managers or group owners, I am responsible for implementing strategic priorities and planning to ensure profitability, volume and market share for Diageo brands. I communicate internally and externally on a national level to ensure that promotional activity is executed and that proper business unit reviews are conducted frequently to track and measure our success.My other major responsibility is negotiating trading terms and agreements with the Key Account Groups and making sure they are implemented at venue level.
