Lead the sales & marketing efforts related to a complete portfolio of modular interior architectural products. Developed and positioned a value proposition centered around single point execution and procurement of a portfolio of products which included: raised access floor with underfloor air distribution, modular walls, modular glass-fronts, modular millwork, modular electrical branch circuit distribution, sound masking and medical gas distribution headwalls.

Called on Engineers, Architects, Developers and End Users to promote the conversion FROM overhead distribution of HVAC, electrical and networks TO underfloor distribution.

Worked with both KI Dealers and local KI Manufacturer Reps to target, qualify and move architectural walls sales opportunities throughout the sales funnel. Tasks included conceptual selling (modular construction VS. fixed construction) a spectrum selling to the many technical influencers, assigned buying agents and decision makers during the process.

Functioned in both a direct sales capacity and a dealer sales support capacity to identify qualify and develop strategies to close business business with major accounts. Tasks included significant conceptual selling, spectrum selling and educating of customers, influencers and Dealer sales professionals. Specific Dealer strategy development and coordination was key to insure positioning leveraging of the overall sales opportunity, including furniture solutions, for maximum gain with minimal risk.
