This resulted in significant boost in sales and increased market share for company.• Invented a passive robotic end-effector for capturing batches of substrates in the process tanks of automated immersion wet-bench system; patent granted for invention.• Conceived of and validated robust, cost-effective solution to bolted joint fatigue problem and implemented field audit qualification test to avoid recall of units already placed at customers.• Championed development of PFA-encapsulated titanium alloy turntables to improve the reliability of predicate design, eliminating warranty expense of $4M per year while concurrently increasing capability for higher temperature aggressive processing.
