CurrentAs the Finance, Quality, and Control Manager for the E-Fulfillment department at Salesupply, I lead financial operations and quality management to ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment services. My role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities across finance, pricing, and quality assurance, as well as leadership in reverse logistics.Key Responsibilities:Finance Management: I oversee all financial aspects of the E-Fulfillment department, including the creation, review, and management of invoices for both clients and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Pricing Strategy: I develop and implement pricing structures for fulfillment services, aligning with market conditions and company goals to ensure competitiveness and profitability.Quality Assurance: Leading the quality team, I am responsible for managing and optimizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring that our fulfillment operations consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.Leadership in Reverse Logistics: In addition to my core responsibilities, I have expanded my role to oversee the reverse logistics department. This includes creating proposals, pricing strategies, and maintaining quality standards to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.Key Achievements:Successfully reduced the total processing time for invoice creation and review, streamlining financial workflows and improving overall departmental efficiency.Led the implementation of an hour registration tool within the department, enabling more accurate tracking and analysis of team productivity and resource allocation.Through my role, I contribute directly to the success of our team by ensuring both financial and operational excellence, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within our fulfillment and reverse logistics departments.
