Responsibilities included:• Company-wide Strategic Planning, M&A and Major CAPEX • P&L Accountability for Overseas operations ($90M of Revenue +$25M of EBITDA. ~300 employees, NPS +89.0, +50 locations) • Portfolio management and capital allocation • Leadership of Transformation Office (EMPO and Change Management) • Management of the Corporate Venture Capital Fund and Investments • Co-ordination of bid response to TPG’s public to private proposal Achievements included:• Grew international revenues ~19% and EBITDA ~30% • Delivered improved ROCE, NPS, safety and employee engagement• Led the development and implementation of the new CEOs five-year strategy, purpose, vision and values • Led bid response to TPG’s $1.8B public to private proposal • Reset the Group’s capital management framework for acquisitions • Established Innovation Hub and lead three early-stage investments, and negotiated strategic partnerships

Responsibilities included:• Ownership of all M&A and integration in Australia and Asia Pacific Region • Strategy creation for Australian Operations • Co-ordination with Executive, Region and Site Level leadership on performance improvement, pricing and other growth initiatives• Capital allocation framework • Portfolio Management of 35 Joint Ventures with local management teams Achievements included:• Grew the Water Division from 2 locations of presence to 70 via a M&A origination strategy• Led the acquisition of over 100 locations and deployment of over $450M in capital • Created the bid defence plan • Led the bid defence and ACCC approval of Nutrien/Ruralco, resulting in a successful transaction (Enterprise value $615M) and a 44% premium to VWAP• Led the integration office (36 people) across both Ruralco and Landmark • Co-ordinating the global portfolio review for Nutrien as it looks to exit a range of significant assets in North America and Asia • Co-developed the Optimal Capital Structure (Gearing, Leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, Working Capital) model for the Group • Participated in two ANREO and Placement equity raises and secured pre-bid fundraising commitments • Led the five-year strategy and the launch of the Vision, Values and Purpose of Ruralco (Strategic refresh upon CEO appointment in 2015) and then again for Nutrien in 2020• Co-ordination of the annual Board & Executive Team Strategic Planning workshops/retreats • Led the creation of the first ESG/Sustainability strategy for Ruralco in 2018• Established Innovation Strategy, including two early stage investments, launching an industry start-up accelerator and digitising in-house procedures
