Duties:- Help investment clients with any 'non-advice' related requests(closures, valuations, simplifying complex or misunderstood products, guidance around maturities of structured products)- Training less experienced staff on all aspects of my role- Have regular audios with Products and Marketing to feedback issues relating to investment related mailings, applications or online material- Working with Coutts teams since the launch of 'Natwest Invest' to iron out issues fed back to us from branch staff or customers

Duties:- Helping customers experiencing financial difficulty- Providing regular updates to managers meetings in managers absence and team huddles- Complaint handling- Sales of unsecured loans (recognised by the area director for my performance in this area)- Office was closed and moved to Leicester
