Tim is the Cloud Architect for the iC Consult Group company Service Layers, providing customized IAM as a cloud service.

As a leader in implementing many different Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with the largest companies in the German speaking "DACH" region, iC Consult has deep expertise in one of the cornerstones of the modern internet: Identity. As iC Consult evolves the delivery of IAM services, we are embracing SecDevOps and container-ready approaches to modify the concept of the traditional IAM implementation into a repeatable pipeline that delivers requirements to production without forcing customers into a "one size fits all" approach.

Evangelized and coordinated initiatives across Security Solutions and created new innovation prototypes. Championed CA Security's containerization initiative as Epic Owner and Product Owner within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Demonstrated cloud-ready, highly-available, containerized products and solutions to more than 1000 colleagues, partners, and customers. Worked closely with the Office of the CTO to share progress via internal blogs and introduced a new software delivery methodology for the entire company. Represented CA Technologies membership in the FIDO Alliance and presented a prototype at CA World of CA SSO using FIDO-based authentication.

Represented CA on the TSCP Organization Architecture Board and co-authored the TSCP Identity Federation specification, an interoperable SAML profile for government and business. Provided technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including presentations, demonstrations, conferences, workshops, RFI/RFP response writing, proofs of concept installation and configuration, system architecture design and review, product implementation, and post-sales issue resolution. Directly involved with hundreds of Fortune 1000 customers, governments, and organizations worldwide; indirectly involved with hundreds of additional customers via mentoring role to technical staff.

Trained hundreds of employees, partners, and customers on existing products and new product versions across all geographies. Aligned product priorities with customer desires as field representative on multiple product development teams. Provided architectural expertise to internal IT teams for deployment of company products. Implemented multiple productivity tools to increase efficiency of individual contributors and managers.

Mentored new pre-sales engineers within the US East region.

Demonstrated SiteMinder web single sign-on product to prospective customers. Gained experience with encryption methods, public key infrastructure (PKI), and HTTP.

Performed program testing and analysis on Baan IVc4 with Proloq extensions in support ofcustomizations for a major Canadian steel convertor. Reviewed customized Baan program code of several North American manufacturers in preparation for calendar year 2000.

Implemented an outsourced Baan installation at a Connecticut spring manufacturer aspart of a five person team. The Baan ERP software was mapped to fit the business andmanufacturing processes of the client organization. Participated in all aspects of Baaninstallation and configuration, including overseeing the migration of client data from legacysystems (via COBOL) to the Baan system. Mapped the discrete manufacturing processesof the client to Routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the Baan system.
