About Tim Hodapp

One of the most experienced marketing research professionals in Canada, I have assisted clients in retail, financial services, automotive, telecommunications and energy sectors meet and exceed business objectives for over 30 years – and still counting. I apply appropriate, applied advanced tools and techniques where needed to cost-effectively meet client business objectives. From 2004 to 2018, I specialized in customer experience measurement and management research. In this arena, I worked with retail, financial services, transportation, telecommunications and public sector organizations among many others. I have designed and executed numerous, large-scale continuous and ad hoc customer experience measurement programs leading to relevant, action-oriented recommendations for service delivery improvement. I understand that customer experience affects customer behavior and customer behavior determines business success. I help clients:1.
