Previous supply chain manager with 25 years of experience in the industry to help reduce costs and improve bottom lines.Recently employed with Idemia, I managed six buyers located throughout the country. Led my team to successful and timely delivery of all material and site installations on multiple, concurrent programs in all 50 states, while achieving annual team goal of over $2M in savings.Previous to that I supported the launch of P&L supplier resourcing initiative and managed the initial process development of implementing such projects, which led to management of all purchasing/supplier responsibilities for a new bus seat project that resulted in over $3 million in annual savings.
