Tim has over 30 years institutional real estate experience in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, in both business and project roles. He has expertise in building and leading teams and managing large scale, complex projects encompassing the full spectrum of investment, planning, development and delivery disciplines. He began his career in the UK as a design engineer and construction manager and then spent over a decade in project, development and asset management roles with Lendlease in London.In 2006, Tim commenced his international career, firstly in Kuala Lumpur where he delivered a mixed-use urban development and then in Dubai, gaining considerable experience throughout the Middle East working on large scale, mixed-use, master planned development.In 2019, Tim became Chief Development Officer of Saudi Entertainment Ventures, a company established by Saudi's Public Investment Fund to develop and operate a US$14bn portfolio of 21 leisure and entertainment complexes across The Kingdom. During this time, Tim also acted at the Development Lead for Qiddiya, a PIF funded mega project planned to create a 'destination city' outside Riyadh based around entertainment, sport and tourism.In 2023, Tim relocated to the New York area where he is an independent consulting providing advisory services to the businesses he previously worked with in the Middle East.
