CurrentHired to be the Subject Matter Expert for 802.1X endpoint authentication for access to the Enterprise Network. Have been the Team Lead since growing the Team in 2014 to accommodate the enterprise-wide expansion of the 802.1X solution. Assess net-new endpoints for 802.1X capabilities and design the most secure configurations for each. Distribute workload between team members and provide team direction for all aspects of day-to-day functions. Key Achievements:• Provided lead engineer support during the multi-year NAEP project that expanded 802.1X enterprise wide for the access level of the network. • Help develop the 802.1X supplicant for use in the Wells Fargo Macintosh environment.• Managed an internal project to evaluate and remediate all 802.1X endpoints that were using vulnerable TLSv1.0 for EAP Authentication. • Created processes for LOBs to engage our team for support or development, as well as repeatable procedures for our team.• Delivered multiple Knowledge Transfer sessions with the Network Management Team to be able to efficiently support 802.1X.• Started a collaborative monthly session with several Network Technology teams to cover gaps in device certifications and overall awareness of upcoming new solutions.• Assisted StoreVision Server team in piloting a Bash scripted solution to configure network adapters for 802.1X authentication.• Actively identify trends in authentication failures and work with partner teams to implement resolutions for each failure scenario.• Created a SharePoint site to host support documentation for Technology Connections.• Assist with validation of patch level releases for Radius Infrastructure.• Provided and configured Wireless endpoints for upcoming protocol releases including 802.11 ac, ax and roaming protocols r,k,v.
