• Assisting within a group to approve 30,000 plus legal contracts for growers to use Bayer seed and herbicide across Canada• Implemented and contributed support for the Bayer Value Rebate program allowing growers to earn rebates for the purchases of Bayer products• Generating logic and testing scenarios to ensure accurate grower rebate payments which led to 90% of growers being paid out annually on the first cheque run• Collaborating with field staff across Eastern Saskatchewan and Western Manitoba with grower rebate inquiries, rebate programming inquiries and Bayer system issues• Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of large database of growers, retails and payment information
