In 2015, Tim founded 3 Pillars Leadership to inspire and support organisations to give their business an edge in the Digital Age.While running 3 Pillars, Tim consulted with organisations in different sectors to support them in developing technology and market strategies that can moving their business forward in the digital age. He also engaged in leadership mentoring for leaders that were actively engaged in pushing themselves and their teams from a traditional business model to one that was more suited to the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.He lives in Ireland and has travelled internationally for speaking engagements, addressing events on every continent (except Antarctica). He is invited to speak mainly on the subjects of leadership and technology, and has done a TED talk on how leadership behaviour impacts innovation. His style is open and informal with an unusual ability to connect with and inspire audiences.

The Head of IT for Microsoft in EMEA was accountable for the all-up experience of IT Services to over 40,000 users across the 90+ countries in the region. This role also has accountability for ensuring that Microsoft IT is effectively engaged at the most senior executive level across EMEA and is actively designing and driving strategic change for the corporation.
