Successfully raised budget of over half a million dollars annually from government agencies (at the federal, state, and city levels), private foundations, and individual donors as well as from earned income.• Soliciting and evaluating comprehensive capacity-building project proposals from Philadelphia-based nonprofits. • Recruiting and selecting prospective fellows to serve in the program from highly competitive pools. Hiring 15-20 fellows per year from among 125-250 applicants. Creating partnerships with the Philadelphia-area college community to attract top talent and conducting online and in-person outreach activities.• Overseeing 15-20 fellows per year and developing professional- and leadership-development programming.
