More than doubling team’s tree-planting impact since 2020.● Supervise a team of 7 and manages a budget of $2.6 million annually. ● Design and implement strategies to increase program participation and canopy growth in priority communities, applying canopy data, health metrics, and mapping technology to drive an Environmental-Justice-focused program strategy.● Supervise the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all PHS community tree plantings and riparian tree plantings.
