I co-created and trained manager workshops and facilitated 1-on-1 coaching with senior leaders to interpret results and create action plans. I collaborated with Senior Leaders to identify and prioritize companywide engagement goals. I co-led group of Cultural Ambassadors to foster Nielsen’s evolving culture. We worked with teams to identify and celebrate new ways of working. Feedback from associates indicated that we have “better clarity on how to work together”. I directed a cross functional team to host an Analyst Conference for 120 associates. I co-created the agenda, identified speakers, secured budget, and organized content. Feedback from participants indicated that they “understood their impact within the business”, and had “greater clarity on their career potential” achieving the key objectives of the conference.I co-created a Canadian Leadership program.
